WE LOVE VINTAGE HARMONICA MICS AT OUR UK HARMONICA SHOP
I love these little old 60's mics. Small enough to fit really comfy in your hand but big enough to know you are holding something sturdy enough not to fall apart if you dropped it.
These Sonotone / Voice of Music mics have a silver bullet like shape with a cool gold grill, visually they are great to look at and sure to be a talking point down the blues club.
Inside this mic we have a 'ceramic' element, this is interesting because it has strong similarities to the legendary crystal elements but not only is it known to have a more ballsy tone it is more durable and can take a knock or two where as a crystal would probably be dead on the spot.
This hi-z harp mic from the 60's has all the style and tone you need and aches to be driven through a valve harmonica amp. Amplified blues harp the way it should be, simple, strong and with bags of cool.
In good condition this harmonica microphone is supplied with a 7ft durable cable and terminating in a quarter inch jack it is ready to plug in and play.
A bullet type harp mic without the bullet sized price tag as I like to say, don't just take my word for it, check out the clip of Mr Ron Sunshine showing off this vintage harp mic with aplomb. A real silver bullet of a harmonica microphone.
Oh, and yes, I know the harmonica in the picture is the wrong way round!
